What's The Job?
You will manage a team of Business Intelligence consultants, data-driven projects, and the relationship with our industry leading clients in the retail, pharma, and consumer and life sciences space. You will help them to get the most of out their data, and translate the insights to actionable decisions that will enable their businesses to grow in the most optimal way.
You will first gather clients business requirements, then along with your team, deliver bleeding-edge technical solutions. You will impact their bottom-line, transition them to the latest technologies, and optimize their business strategies based on your analytic insights.
As a Business Intelligence Manager it is critical you have both technical and non-technical expertise in visually and verbally presenting your findings to key stakeholders. You need to explain your business solutions in a manner they can quickly and easily digest, and immediately see the benefits of the actionable insights you are conveying.
You must be capable of leading a team, which includes pushing more junior level teammates to their maximum potential, and using a high-level of problem-solving expertise to effectively solve any challenges presented by your team and/or the client.

What Skills Do You Need?
- Minimum of 7+ years experience in the Data Science / Analytics / BI field.
- You must have previous managerial experience at a consulting firm.
- Experience using latest BI tools such as: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense etc.
- You have led teams, projects, and comfortable as a people manager.
- You have experience presenting your findings to C-Level executives.
- You thrive on solving problems and over-coming challenges.
- Excellent communication skills.
Compensation:
- $150,000 - $180,000.
