DevOps Engineer

We are one of the top reinsurance companies in the world looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our data platform team. We are operating as a start up within an established company that generates billions of dollars a year in risk transfer. Our team itself has grown from 2 to 20 in the last 2 years and we are constantly expanding.


What will you do?

- Establish true DevOps principles within the team and collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure all standards are met.

- Build and monitor all CI/CD pipelines for automation

- Troubleshoot issues and respond to any outages and implement security controls


What skills do you have?

- 2-4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

- We are running in a fully cloud based environment so high performance in either Azure, AWS or GCP is ideal

- Coding and scripting skills, preferably in Python but open to most languages

- Strong experience running CI/CD pipelines

- Experience working with monitoring software such as Datadog

- An eagerness to learn, grow and passion for what you do!

- You come from a startup or tech background
