What’s the job?

We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to manage and grow two delivery teams for our B to C services on our flagship platform.

Guide, Influence, change and improve effectiveness while mentoring two software development managers. Front-end and Back-end 2nd level management experience is highly sought.



About you:

· Technology Agnostic--you’re comfortable using multiple technologies (React, Node, Ruby on Rails) and take a pragmatic approach to get the job done

· Comfortable working in a B2C Environment

· You have experience managing software development managers people, and are excited by the idea of building out a team in the future

· 5+ years software development and 5+ years management experience delivering high impact fully scalable software products

We help users seamlessly transfer utilities, update accounts and records, forward mail, and manage all the other fun, logistical headaches involved with the moving process. Hundreds of the most prominent real estate companies in the US rely on our products to save clients hours on the overall moving experience. There are 17 million households that relocate every year in the US, and we’re looking to become a household name to each one of them. We launched the product in Sept '14 and have already sold to over 500 companies.
