Who are we?

We are one of the fastest-growing input to output automation companies that works with fortune 50 companies and government agencies. We are rapidly growing and releasing new products, and now need a Senior Level Director who can lead our technical support/application engineers.  This is not a typical Helpdesk Manager or Tech Support Manager job.  Our support is helpdesk to helpdesk, so the user base is all technical!  It's a very interesting role for someone who is looking to lead very talented individuals and really build a high performing team.  

What Skills Are We Looking For?  (You don't need all of these, but if you have some, please APPLY)

  • 5+ years of Supporting a high performing Linux Environment
  • 2+ years of managing a team of other Linux Support and Deployment Engineers
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the Linux OS
  • Scripting Knowledge is a huge PLUS
  • Any experience supporting Microservices is a PLUS (Particularly Docker or Kubernetes)
  • Any experience with Customization of Software in a SaaS environment is a huge PLUS
  • Experience in supporting on-premise Linux and Cloud is a PLUS
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, best practices, and creating a vision your team will follow
