SALARY $250,000 - $300,000

We are one of the top social media forums in the world, that uses A-list technology to connect millions of people from anywhere in the world.  We encourage people to share ideas, help each other, or just laugh once in a while.  Our platform is world-famous, and our tech is incredible.  We are a fully remote company and will stay fully remote, even after the Pandemic.  We are currently hiring a Director of Product for our expanding Video team, and it is a critical hire for our organization. 

What will the Director of Product Do?

  • This is a unique opportunity to make organizational change at a high level for a company that is already considered an "A-List" company.
  • You will manage an organization of 25+ Product Managers for our Video division
  • You will set strategy for all of our video product releases particularly focused on creators, ranking, and personalization
  • You will help hire more staff and build our your team
  • You will have 6 managers who directly report to you in this division
  • You will be extremely effective at shipping out product changes (1-2 per quarter)

What Type of Experience & Skills are we looking for in a Director of Product?

  • Experience with Video is a MUST.  If you have experience with organizations that work with Creators, Ranking, and Personalization, that is a huge PLUS
  • We are looking for someone who has experience managing change
  • Someone who can handle being cool under pressure
  • We are looking for someone who is a natural leader that can inspire excellence
  • We will give you the metrics, you define and execute the strategy
  • We are looking for someone who can be persuasive and can turn a "No' into a "Yes"
