My client is looking for an experienced candidate excited to bring a fresh face to the team with new ideas. What's the Job?

In this position as Director of People Analytics, you will be part of the human resources team and report into their Vice President. You will bring your experience around people analytics to our team and work with various stakeholders to lead new initiatives and projects and help improve our internal systems.

This is a role where you will use your technical knowledge around system design and best practices to advise which directions we should take. This will include robust dashboard development and other technological resources to help improve our data-driven approach to people analytics.

Thought not coding, you will be using database tools such as SQL to access data, but you should also have enough knowledge about the latest tools and technologies so that you can make informed decisions around recommendations. 

What is the Salary?

• $200,000 - $220,000
• 20-30% Bonus
