Fraud/Threat Analyst - Behavioral Biometrics - LATAM - Remote

Our AI-driven platform passively identifies both human and non-human behaviors online to minimize the tradeoff between security and convenience. The platform is deployed by major banks and other global enterprises to help manage their digital identity challenges.

We are looking for an exceptional customer-facing Analyst to help our prospects and customers optimize their value within our solutions.


Work with prospects in POCs and pilots as part of the sales cycle to illustrate the behavioral biometrics value within the company's solutions

Assist with customers’ authentication and fraud operations teams in order to deliver periodical evaluation of detection and evidence of performance, analyze new fraud patterns, and provide feedback to the company's internal teams


  • A bachelors / graduate degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/related field
  • Experience with financial institutions’ fraud departments or deploying fraud monitoring tools
  • Experience in managing large customer accounts in global markets
  • Experience with SQL to an intermediate/advanced level
  • Experience in security and/or cyber companies - an advantage
  • Understanding of statistical modeling techniques - an advantage
  • Experience with Python and/or R - an advantage
  • Trilingual language communication skills (English, Portuguese, Spanish) – a significant advantage

  • Requires availability for travel around the LATAM Region to meet customers and lead onsite workshops
