What is the job?

You will be the first Data Engineer on this team and will design and build distributed, real time data pipelines, for the next generation of our analytics product in an effort to build a next generation real-time crime analysis platform. You will build tools to serve both the first responders and the community at large. In particular you will help police departments better understand insights from their data, detectives to solve cases, and agency leadership to allocate department resources more efficiently. Essentially your work will help to improve and save lives.

  • $165,000 - $180,000
  • 10% target bonus
  • Benefits (Healthcare almost fully covered)
  • 4% of TC (includes bonus) 401K match - vests straight away.
  • After 5 years with the company you get a 1 Month Sabbatical
