My client is one of the world's largest and best-known consumer brand companies, and they are hiring a Head of Data Science and Analytics within their E-Commerce division to oversee multiple teams encompassing both Data Science and Data Engineering (40+ employees, 5 managers).

The Salary

• Total Compensation: $400k - $500,000

• $275,000 - $300,000 base salary

• 30-35% Target Annual Bonus

• $45k (and increasing 3X) Restricted Stock Units

• $100k Sign-On Bonus Potential

What's the Job?

As the Head of Data Science and Analytics, you will report to the VP of Data Science and Analytics of the company.

In this role you will be driving their E-Commerce data analytics from end-to-end, beginning with data ingestion and leading to implement advanced machine learning modeling. Their business unit grew over 100% last year, and they expect the same to happen again this year. This means more data, more insights, and more headcount growth. You should have the experience and vision to drive this team forward to keep up with their growth.

Some of the areas the data and models are involved in include sales, supply-chain, marketing, attribution, etc...Therefore you should be well-versed in many areas of modeling.

Who Are They?

My client is a multi-national CPG company that has a main office in Manhattan where you will work out in a hybrid model.

What Skills Do You Need?

• You have experience building the roadmap for advanced data divisions, including working with different stakeholders, prioritizing projects and connecting various teams to achieve a common goal.

• You are a Data Science leader with experience across a swath of different modeling, including logistic regression, linear regression, and neural networks/deep learning.

• It would be ideal if you come from a retail or CPG industry background.
