Lead Software Engineer

What Is The Job?

As a Lead Software Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on many projects inside both the private and government sectors. We are currently working on a large scale risk management and due diligence platform that provides our clients key intelligence for risk mitigation. In short we build complex risk profiles through a wide variety of data sets.

 As an engineer on this team you will have the opportunity to wear many hats developing core components, new features and a variety of other technical projects. This includes, rapid integrations, developing domain objects, data mapping, algorithm development and implementation, and defining ruling around workflows.

Who are you?

You are an experienced software developer who brings solid production level experience to the table. You know Java through and through and are comfortable hitting the ground running. You ideally bring 5 to 7 years of experience and own small projects from start to finish. You are trusted to act independently, but have the cognizance and ability to approach help when needed.

What Do You Need to be successful?

  • Strong programming in Java
  • Experience working with Spring Boot
  • Relational and/or Non-Relational Database Experience (We use Mongo!)
  • US Citizenship is a hard requirement due to the nature of our work
  • Security Clearance or the ability to pass the clearance process
