What's The Job?
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to help build out our Data platform. We have the foundations in place, but you'll be tasked to take it to the next level and ensure our Data infrastructure is reliable, robust, and scalable to match our growth ambitions.
As our Machine Learning Engineer, you will report directly to our Director of Data Engineering. We are looking for you to start the process of building out our Data Science capacities (which are separate to our Analytics team).
Some key areas of focus will be automating deployments and being the bridge between Data Engineering and our Data Analytics team.
The position is fully-remote. So you'll be able to work on your own time, and create a work environment that works best for you to excel in the role. We trust our teammates. We don't micro-manage. While you'll always have all the help you need to succeed, you will need to possess the ability to keep yourself accountable.

What Skills Do You Need?
We are looking for a Data Engineer first and foremost but someone with Machine Learning experience on top.
You have worked closely with Data Scientists and Data Analysts previously.
Experience with Spark and Databricks.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Experience with Airflow.
You have built robust data pipelines, and ETL processes, and preferably Machine Learning pipelines.
$115,000 - $150,000 (Base Salary + Bonus)
