What's the Job?
My client is a very large health care company with extremely large sets of consumer retail data. You job will be oversee a small team to provide insights on our consumer's behavior, with a focus on our loyalty program.
• Analyze our customer to better improve our personalized, targeted marketing programs;
• Look for and identify customer trends across segmentations;
• Create and execute experimentation programs to test marketing hypotheses;
• Become and expert and lead our efforts to improve our loyalty program to increase revenue and return visits.
• You will be leading a team of 2-3 data analysts, and growing that team in the future.
