What's the Job?

My client is a very large health care company with extremely large sets of consumer retail data. You job will be oversee a small team to provide insights on our consumer's behavior, with a focus on our loyalty program.

Projects include:

• Analyze our customer to better improve our personalized, targeted marketing programs;

• Look for and identify customer trends across segmentations;

• Create and execute experimentation programs to test marketing hypotheses;

• Become and expert and lead our efforts to improve our loyalty program to increase revenue and return visits.

• You will be leading a team of 2-3 data analysts, and growing that team in the future.

What Skills Do You Need?

• Excellent management, communication and project management skills.

• You have a strong background in Data Analytics, with basic analytics programming skills (SQL, etc...).

• You ideally have experience with loyalty programs and/or customer retail analytics.
