What is the job?

As the QA Manager you will be responsible for making test plans, as well as determining how the discovery should be made, how to mitigate the risk, and if the release is delayed,  communicate to leadership. If any issues arise you should know how to articulate what’s happening to different stakeholder as well as the team and guide them on the best practices to get it fixed. This is very much a hands on role and you must have hands on experience with JS test automation, in particular Webdriver. You should know what API testing is, what kind of KPI’s should be measured, and what tools to use.

  • Experience with manual testing
  • Experience coming from a similar role as a lead/manager

Compensation?

  • 130k -140k base salary
  • 10 percent bonus
