What's the Job?
This is full-desk recruitment at its finest! You will join a highly successful group of industry professionals specializing in Technical Recruitment.
You will be responsible for working all sides of the desk. This includes business development, account management, and candidate recruitment. You will not be alone though!
We value core principles such as teamwork, collaboration, and communication to provide to an environment unheard of in the industry. You will work as a player in our unit inside a system that is designed for team success.
You will not be expected to recruit in every area of Technology. This is unsustainable. Our team specializes in placing hard to fill, back-end distributed systems and application engineers, with a heavy focus in the Golang market.

What's the comp?
We expect performance from our recruiters, and you should expect to be rewarded! We offer a fully comprehensive compensation and benefits package with no earnings cap.
• Your goal should be earning $150,000 - $225,000/Year
