We are looking for a SCRUM Master to join our team! 

What is the Job? 

You will be working on our Video supply chain, fulfillment, marketing tools, and microservices

If you have prior engineering experience this a big plus, but our ideal candidate is a full-time scrum master who loves to improve the SDLC and ensure projects are running smoothly. This is not a software engineering role, but rather a technical SCRUM lead who has extensive experience working large scale enterprise technology projects

You will start with running one team then move onto run several others. The teams you manage will be diverse squads in different domains. You will be helping to improve our agile processes to make things much more efficient. 

You will help reduce our technical debt and help scale our microservices. 

What Do You Need To Join Our Team? 

We are looking for a SCRUM Master who:

  • Experience in scalability and autonomous microservices
  • Experience in Java, Python, Typescript, or Node
  • Microservice delivery preferred; they are breaking down monoliths into micro
  • You are a proactive person
  • You need to be a technical person
  • Soft skills, influencing, communication, working well with others, ability to learn and mindset of being an owner, leadership skills, even from an entry-level standpoint
  • Patience is essential. 
  • Flexibility on how you work, being able to navigate the role 

What Do You Get?
