We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer to advance our all-in-one communications platform and enhance the way we communicate virtually. You will design and build systems to deliver solutions and leverage Big Data in the workforce.


What is the Job?

• You will be designing scalable Big Data systems that can produce multi-modal data.

• You will be building infrastructure and ETL using Big Data technologies.

• You will perform Data Analysis on large-scale datasets to find insights on the data.

• Our ultimate goal is to create data tools the Data Team can utilize in designing and building our product.

What Skills Do You Need?

  • AWS Redshift or GCP Big Query (Redshift is preferred) 
  • Expert SQL and SQL optimization experience
  • Coding experience in Python
    • Experience working in Fast-paced environments, ideally Startups
    • Ideally worked at a SaaS Company or experience building SaaS products


    Nice To Have?

    • Coding experience in Ruby a strong plus!
    • Computer Science Degree
    • Experience building SaaS products using Data-Driven Insights
    • Experience as a Team Lead with excellent communication skills
    • Passionate about being a Builder that thrives working on new challenges for a mission
