Senior Data Engineer (Remote - CST or EST)
SALARY $115,000 - $140,000

What's The Job?

As our first Data Engineer on our Business Intelligence team, you will own all the teams Data Engineering efforts. So this is both a hands-on and strategic role.

You will be building Data Pipelines / ETL for our internal Data to be utilized efficiently by our BI Analysts/team. You will build custom APIs, and ensure the millions of rows of Data we use will seamlessly transition to our BI platform (DOMO). That Data will be used to solve real-life issues when it comes to workplace behaviors, relationships, training and hiring among other critical areas an organization needs to be effective in.

You will report directly to the Director of Business Intelligence, and they will give you the ownership to choose which cloud platform vendor the company will partner with this year. So knowledge of various cloud platforms is definitely useful.

We are headquartered in MA, but we have fully embraced the remote workplace culture and this role will be fully-remote even post pandemic. You will need to reside in a CST or EST time zone to align with the rest of the teams working hours.


What Skills Do You Need?

  • 3+ years of Data Engineering experience.
  • SQL expert.
  • Knowledge of multiple Cloud Platforms.
  • Experience building custom APIs.
  • Ideally coming from a BI / Data Analyst background, or have been part of a BI / Analytics team, before moving into Data Engineering (Data Pipelines / ETL).
  • You have business acumen to go along with your technical skills.
  • Experience using DOMO is a plus.



  • $110,000 - $130,000 Base Salary
  • 7.5% Bonus (Performance Related)
