What's The Job?
We are seeking a Data Science Engineer to help build out our cloud-native Data ecosystem. Our Data Pipelines exist, but we need to continually update them. Think of changing tires on a moving vehicle, as opposed to building from a standstill / scratch. We're looking for our new Data Science Engineer to help modernize our Data streams in a controlled way. You will see we have some legacy tech/systems in play, and you'll help move them over to the latest technologies.
We use and store huge amounts of Data, therefore the ideal candidate will have experience using Big Data technologies like Spark. We do a lot of our ETL in Snowflake, and Python for Data processing. We're looking for a versatile Data Science Engineer who uses the latest technologies.
This is role is open to candidates wanting either fully remote or a hybrid work environment. Our office is in NYC if you'd prefer hybrid. If you'd prefer fully remote, please note we work EST hours.
