What's the Job?


Our platform consist of talented Software Engineers working in a full stack environment. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer you will be building out our Data infrastructure, and Machine / Deep Learning models from scratch into production. Through our industry defining Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, your work will solve real business problems for our customers. You will building our Machine Learning infrastructure, Data Pipelines, and API integrations. Engineering is the core foundation of this role, with putting Machine / Deep Learning models into production as your secondary responsibility.

You will be within our innovation arm that resides in the Chelsea area of NYC. We have all the resources necessary to constantly innovate and reimagine industry defining technology / solutions.


What Skills Do You Need?


• A Masters in Computer Science or STEM field

• Background in Software Engineering is a must, building Data Pipelines and API integrations.

• Experience putting Machine Learning models in production.

• Proficient using tools such as: Python, AWS or GCP, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Spark.
