Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics (DTC)
SALARY $200,000 - $300,000

What's the Job?

This is a high-level, revenue-generating role just two levels down from C-level executives.

You will be responsible for figuring out the roadmap we need to implement a state-of-the-art digital marketing initiative. This includes hiring and growing a team, figuring out where our gaps are, and using your deep knowledge of digital marketing (including television and streaming video) to build out the systems we need to ensure our large advertising budget is being used successfully. 

Your experience in the following areas are most important:

1) Lift Analysis

2) Media Mix Modeling and Forecasting

3) Attribution

We are targeting digital exposure across the board including SEM, paid social, youtube, and programmatic advertising, as well as some "offline" avenues including direct mail, podcasts and television.

Who Are We?

We are a 600-person HealthTech startup that has raised over $300m and is a leader in our space. We are located in Manhattan are partially remote right now, but ideally you will work in our Manhattan office when we're back fully.

What Skills Do You Need?

• You come from an in-house role at a D2C company.

• Expertise in Lift Analysis, Media Mix Modeling and Forecasting, and Attribution.

• 6-10 years of experience including management (hiring, growing a team).

• It's good if you have knowledge and ability to speak about Data Science/Machine Learning Models or even can use or develop them a bit.
