What's the Job?
This is full-desk recruitment at its finest! You will join a highly successful group of industry professionals specializing in Technical Recruitment.
You will be responsible for working all sides of the desk. This includes business development, account management, and candidate recruitment. You will not be alone though!

You will not be expected to recruit in every area of Technology. This is unsustainable. Our team specializes in placing DevSecOps, Security Engineering and Cyber security engineers at the highest level.

We expect performance from our recruiters, and you should expect to be rewarded! We offer a fully comprehensive compensation and benefits package with no earnings cap.

I have been in the industry for 20+ years and I can easily say that Averity,, and specifically Erica and Pete go above and beyond in trying to make the whole job hunt process as smooth as possible.
