What's the Job?
This is a sales position as a Technical Recruiter. This means you will be using your sales experience to help find the best technical talent and help them join some of the world's best known and respected companies. You will be interacting with and developing relationships with candidates as well as our clients, and helping both sides find success.
You should be equally good at getting on the phone and helping to close a sale as you are writing emails and communicating electronically. Your day will be spent doing both, but in the end it's your relationships that you develop that will drive success.

• We expect performance from our recruiters, and you should expect to be rewarded. You should earn a minimum of $150,000 for a baseline performance, with the goal of $200,000 and above with our uncapped commission stricture.
