What is the job?
As a member of our Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible for integrating our technology with our customers. This is a highly customer focused role and you will be on the front lines working directly with our business partners.
This comprehensive role requires a well rounded skill set of first and foremost technical ability, interpersonal soft skills and project management. Our platform is utilized for fraud detection by some of the most reputable companies in the world.
You will work to ensure our platform is integrated seamlessly and you will tackle problems as they arise. You will apply strong organizational and project management skills in combination with technical skills to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes working directly with business units, dev teams, providing technical integrations and debugging via dev tools.

First and foremost you bring a strong, well rounded background. What does this mean? You understand technology in depth and have hands on technical skills in an array of technologies and programming languages. You are highly organized and capable of self managing your projects. You can think quickly on your feet and are capable of working in a dynamic environment. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer oriented business acumen.
In addition, you are a career learner. Someone who is constantly learning and capable of diving into our technical solution immediately. It is imperative that you are highly organized and self sufficient.
You work independently, but also have the cognizance and ability to approach help from the appropriate groups/people when needed. (Engineering, Product, Sales, Support, etc.)
You understand the financial world and the landscape of financial institutions. Understanding banking and fraud will set you up for success and quickly get you up to speed.
What skills and experience do we look for?
• Strong Enterprise Technical Solutions Engineering and Project Management: 5+ years ideally within Banking or FinTech
• Mobile Technologies are a huge plus: iOS and Android!
• Excellent Communication Skills
• The ability/willingness to travel (around 10%) when needed!

• Base Salary: Up to $135,000 + Cash Bonus
