Our platform can manage anything from paid time off to handling simple time cards, organize important documents, enroll in benefits online, and make individual payments to vendors and contractors. What is the job?
As a Technical Product Manager you will shape and design existing and new features and be involved in all stages of the data product design. This may include conducting data-driven UX research in support of enabling user-friendly experiences for different data personas. You will work across functions to uncover and identify opportunities to scale knowledge and decision making through data products & experiences as well as translate business requirements into well-defined product requirements and define the data product roadmap to achieve the company's business goals
What Skills Do You Need?
- SQL- Read and write
- Customer-focused; you center your work around the voice of the customer/stakeholder
- You are able to move fluidly between technical/data capabilities, partner needs, user experience as well as the ability to go deep into the details
- You have experience with writing product requirements; building and prioritizing backlogs
- Outstanding communication skills
Extra Credit:
- Experience with modern data stack technologies (Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake) that address requirements for data security, storage, loading, compute, monitoring, cataloging, observability etc
Compensation:
- $140,000 - $160,000 base salary
- Full Benefits (Medical, Dental Vision)

- Remote 4 days a week! (Required 1 day a week in office in NYC)
