We are an online platform connecting families that are looking for senior care services with a team of experienced advisors providing insight-driven and personalized solutions. We are a quickly growing organization with over 500 advisors connecting more than 300,000 families every year to one of our community customers.

What is the Job?

As the VP of Data Insights you will be responsible for a team of 10 engineers. One of your big focuses will be building out the companies data lake platform. You will create a data platform that allows us to view the data from our community customers. You will work to understand business reporting requirements and enable the platform to support it so that they can create appropriate reports to manage the business, and allow the business to have a near real time view of activity. You will work the full data lifecycle by defining and capturing events to track across the organization, analyze raw data, define system requirements, solve all data quality issues.


What skills do you need?

  • Experience with data quality and A/B testing
  • Outstanding organization and leadership skills
  • You have led a team of developers
  • Hands on experience in web analytics tools, machine learning algorithms, ETL technologies, BI tools, and data warehouse/lake analytics
  • Experience with Spark, Databricks, Python, AWS
  • Strong SQL Skills
  • Ability to articulate and view thing holistically



  • $200k - $225k base salary
  • 40 Percent bonus
