What's the Job?

Your title will be VP of Engineering, and you will be reporting directly to the SVP of Product and Innovation who was the prior VP of Engineering. We are a 20-person development team that is distributed across the world. You will have 4 managers that report directly to you. You will ideally be in New York, and we are a hybrid model where you will work in the office a couple days a week after Labor Day.

This is a strategic, managerial role where your time will be spent on high-level technical problems and people management. You will not be hands-on, but obviously have the technical background and experience to be able to guide others and make technical decisions.

We are launching a new product next year, and you will be the lead on making architectural decisions and guiding its roll-out. We expect it to play a major part in our business and this will be an exciting endeavor for you.


• $250,000 - $300,000 Base Salary
