What's the Job?

Your title will be VP of Engineering, and you will be reporting directly to the Founder and COO. The team is 4 people right now, and we are planning on expanding that headcount to 15 within the next 12-18 months with you guiding that growth. You should have helped scale out an engineering team elsewhere so you can bring your experience and know-how around structure, organization, hiring, mentorship, and strategy to us.

We are a technology company that builds tools to aid companies with their e-commerce. You will not be hands-on in this role, but you were an engineer that came up through the ranks in the past. You know how to lead engineers, how to speak to them, and how to advise on the direction of our technology roadmap.

Our office is partially open, and you should be in the New York Metropolitan area, but if you live somewhere where you can only come in 3 days a week that is fine (Upstate, New Jersey, etc...).
