VP of Product
SALARY $250,000+

We are one of the top Ad-Tech companies in the world, with over 20 years of experience in Digital Advertising. We are based out of New York City and are still growing very rapidly. We are a very Product driven organization and are looking for someone to lead this division to the next level of excellence and productivity. 

What will the VP of Product Do?

  • You will manage a total of 7 staff
  • You will manage several Product lines from Ideation to Rollout, and everything in between
  • Drive the product strategy and roadmap to ensure that the company achieves its short term and long-term business needs and goals (from ideation to execution)
  • Own the product function and be part of senior management
  • Identify and define KPIs and metrics for the team to set targets and drive overall team performance
  • Continuously mentor and scale the product team while motivating Product Managers to deliver high-quality work
  • Coordinate with our product marketing and services teams on go-to-market efforts: training, release communication, internal and external marketing, etc.

What Experience will the VP of Product Have?

  • 10+ Years working in B-B Media, AdTech, or Digital Marketing
  • Extensive experience managing a staff of very talented Product Managers
  • Experience taking a product from Ideation to Execution every step of the way
  • Ad Tech Experience is a HUGE plus (Supply or Demand or Both)
  • Overall business savvy is required for this position.  
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Great problem-solving skills such as identifying roadblocks and coming up with solutions
