"Without struggle, there is no progress"

People are my passion which is how I found myself in the recruiting space following college graduation. After attending the University of Rhode Island, I decided I wanted to take a different career path than what my Health Studies degree intended for. I am all about having real conversations with people and really understanding what drives them. After careful thought, getting involved in this industry made total sense and I haven’t looked back since.

I love trying new things in the general sense, it’s the entrepreneur in me. My friends and I created our own yard game that we brought to the public at the beginning of 2021. I think it’s important to take risks in life, it’s essential for growth. I left my previous recruiting position to fully pursue our yardgame which demanded a lot of time. Now that we have things up and running, it’s much more automated and I was longing to get my foot back into the recruiting space. I guess my message here is to take some risks and see what else is out there! Cue Averity.

I found Averity and I have fallen in love with the process of how we do things. We care about the candidates we represent and are keen on making sure they are introduced to the best opportunity that checks all of their boxes. At the end of the day, people help people, and that’s what I’m here to do on both the candidate and client end.

Specializing in Data Science and Data Engineering allows me to really focus in on specific technologies so I can have a firm understanding of what clients are looking for and understanding candidates’ backgrounds. It makes for much more meaningful conversation which is hard to come by in the industry.

Also, if you enjoy high energy, working out, traveling, fashion, reading, or football (Go Steelers!), I’m your guy!
