As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust systems that operate at scale. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure, scalable, and performant software solutions.
- Architect, develop, and optimize systems capable of handling large data volumes efficiently.
- Apply your expertise in cyber security to enhance threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
What skill set do I need?
- 6-15 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining complex systems.
- Proven track record of scaling applications to handle high traffic and large data sets.
- Strong expertise in Python programming and related libraries.
- Experience working on cyber security projects, including threat modeling, penetration testing, and security tool development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of network security, cryptography, and secure coding practices.
- Contributions to open-source projects or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP).
- Understanding of machine learning techniques for anomaly detection and threat prediction.
