Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development of machine learning models, from conception to deployment, addressing diverse challenges such as ad performance optimization, overall account health assessment, forecasting, and clustering.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Data and CTO to align data science initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Mentor and support the growth of junior Data Scientists/Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a track record of successfully translating projects from proof of concept to production, driving consistent and substantial revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in developing machine learning models from scratch using Python, along with expertise in key libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and demonstrate the positive impact on business outcomes.
  • Master's or PhD in relevant field.
