Effective date: September 2, 2026
This End-User License Agreement governs access to and use of ACE Connections, an internal business application operated by Averity Holdings, Inc. (“Averity”).
Averity grants authorized Averity personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ACE Connections solely for Averity’s internal business operations.
ACE Connections may be used only by Averity’s owner and specifically authorized administrators. Users may not share access credentials or permit unauthorized access.
ACE Connections may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized OAuth process. The application uses this connection to read invoice information needed for Averity’s internal accounting workflows. ACE Connections does not create, modify, send, or delete QuickBooks invoices.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. ACE Connections is independently operated by Averity and is not endorsed or sponsored by Intuit.
Information accessed through ACE Connections is used only for Averity’s internal business, accounting, invoicing, and commission processes. Averity will use reasonable safeguards to protect access credentials and business information.

Users may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, misuse, or provide third-party access to ACE Connections except as expressly authorized by Averity.
ACE Connections is provided for internal business use on an “as available” basis. Averity does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing financial records and confirming the accuracy of invoice matches.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Averity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use ACE Connections.
Averity may suspend or terminate access to ACE Connections at any time. Upon termination, the user must stop using the application.
Averity may update this agreement when operational, security, legal, or technical requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
