What is the job?
As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for the Front-end technical direction of our organization and will provide technical mentorship to engineers across our organization.
You will help us scale our business to meet the needs of our growing customer base and develop new products on our platform. You'll be a critical part of our growing company, leading the way to implement best practices in technology, architecture, and process. You’ll have the chance to work in an open and collaborative environment, receive hands-on mentorship and have ample opportunities to grow and accelerate your career.
What skills do you need to have to be successful in this role?
10+ years of experience in Software Engineer
Strong Communication Skills
Excitement to mentor team members, share knowledge, and learn from teammates.
Writing code that others use to write more code (e.g. open source or internal libraries)
