Back End Engineer

We are building an all in one workflow product specifically designed for the financial services vertical.

What is the job?

As a senior engineer on our team you will wear many hats and contribute immensely to the back-end of our application. This includes heavy coding on a daily basis, reiterating on existing features, and greenfield development of new features and functionality.

What are the must haves for this position?

• CS Degree from a strong program is required
• 2-6 years of hands on engineering in a production environment
• Expertise in strongly typed languages: Java, Kotlin, Go, etc.
• Experience with dev workflow tools: Git, Github, etc.
• Postgres
• Microservices knowledge including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD is a major plus!
• Excellent problem solving skills and cognitive abilities
• Experience working in an enterprise or large startup environment (both is preferred!)
• The ability to be onsite 2 to 3 days per week in midtown Manhattan is necessary
