Averity is partnering with a consultancy firm that has a hot new division for Data Solutions & LLMs. This company consults for global Fortune 500s and is looking to help enterprises step into the future in the areas of AI, spatial computing, and sustainability.

What's the Job?

As a Data Scientist, you will be working directly with clients driving high-impact projects in the areas of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) as part of your initial engagement. You will be fine tuning the LLMs - working with the models to improve accuracy and improve the models themselves to align with business objectives. You will also be developing various Machine Learning models and optimizing data systems.

You will be called upon to communicate ideas effectively and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

What Skills/Experience Do I Need?

• Experience building and fine tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)
• NLP experience
• Expertise in AI - Open AI/Gen AI
• Python
• SQL
• Strong communication skills - ability to present and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• PhD or Masters

Compensation/Perks:

• $120,000 - $150,000 base salary

• Remote first company (2-3 days a week on site bi-weekly for initial engagement)
