What's The Job?

DevOps tech lead in a fast paced growing org. This is the opportunity to be a lead and own the maturity of the infrastructure moving forward. You will own and maintain all of the cloud, CI/CD pipelines as well as the DevOps tech decisions. This role will cross function between the 3 teams in the org and be a key part of the ability to scale and automate the company into the next level.

Our company absorbs and standardizes hundreds of millions of public employment records to create the world’s first universal HR database, allowing us to see current workforce composition and trends of any company. Our customers include some of the biggest investors, corporate strategists, HR teams, and governments.


What Skills Do You Need?

Someone who comes from a fast paced startup and has truly been in the weeds. We need an engineer who has rolled with the punches and is a true utility player. We have already tripled in size within the last calendar year and are looking to double by EOY 2022. Someone who can come in with a variety of hands on DevOps experience such as cloud native technologies, an understanding of microservices and an overall passion for automation and driving development will be key.

What we’re looking for:

  • Cloud Computing (AWS)
  • Python
  • Bash
  • Terraform or IaC experience like cloudformation
  • Understanding of containers such as Docker and K8's
