What's the Job?
As a Director of Biostatistics on this team, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Biostatistics and manage a team of Senior and Lead Data Scientists/Biostatisticians. This team is growing with a goal of reaching the size of 10-12 members by the middle of the year.
Your team will be responsible for utilizing my client’s proprietary vast database of thousands of clinical trials to help develop new treatments and obtain approvals in the area of oncology. You will use your ADaM and SDTM knowledge to help formulate the data.
The goal of your team will be to utilize clinical data and Synthetic Control Arms (SCA) to help customer projects, including plan development and assessing data adequacy. You will use your experience with the FDA approval process to help guide these trials.
This is a completely remote position and you can work anywhere in the country. If you are in the New York City area, my client’s headquarters are there and you can work out of that office as needed.

What Skills Do You Need?
• Extensive experience in the biostatistics space, specifically in the context of clinical trials data and the FDA approval process.
• PhD in Biostatistics or Statistics.
• Experience managing other data scientists/biostatisticians.
• SAS Analysis and Programming Skills
• Experience with oncology trials is very helpful.
