Technical Program Manager - Cybersecurity

We are looking for a Security Technical Program Manager to join our team and help out on various projects across multiple teams.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Information Security Project Coordinator with experience in JIRA, Smartsheets, Agile methodologies, managing technical projects with product, software, and engineering teams, and the ability to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule to join our dynamic team.

This role sits within the Security Strategy and Programs team. The Security Strategy and Programs team’s mission is to develop security strategies and drive security initiatives across all of the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Information Security team to develop, plan, and execute projects aimed at addressing cybersecurity risks and requirements.
• Utilize project management tools, such as JIRA and Smartsheets, to effectively manage project schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, software development, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution and project success.
• Ability to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule.

Essential Skills to have:

• Experience managing technical projects with product, software, and engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, such as JIRA and Smartsheets.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
