Senior Workday Analyst

SALARY $115,000 - $130,000

What's the Job?

As a Senior Workday Analyst on this team your day-to-day will vary but will mostly be centered around Workday's system configuration. You will be designing, developing, testing, and deploying HCM configurations for things like security, upgrades, making changes to the company onboarding process, or restructuring jobs. You will configure and deploy reports and be the primary owner for all HCM requests.

Communication will be an integral part to this role as you will be a liaison between your technical team and areas of HR but also partnering with external customers and vendors.

What Skills Do I Need?

  • 3+ years of Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite), tools (Workday Report Writer and Report Designer), and Workday’s data architecture
  • Experience with Workday calculated fields, business objects, and a solid applied knowledge of HCIS reporting methodologies
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Business facing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
