As the Advertising Video Inventory Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge video advertising technology programs and projects that power our revenue generation efforts. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of our video ad product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive excellence, iteration, and innovation.


  • Lead the delivery of end-to-end video advertising technology solutions, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Ad Ops team to troubleshoot critical video ad serving issues and ensure quick resolution.
  • Shape the video ad technology roadmap to support revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Act as the internal Video Ad Product Manager, articulating and managing the video ad products, roadmap, and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and streaming OTT platforms to enhance our ad products.
  • Assist in revenue generation reporting for various teams.
  • Ensure quality throughout the delivery process, conducting thorough QA testing scenarios.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures, striving for excellence in all aspects of ad technology.
  • Set clear goals and objectives, acting as a point of escalation and providing guidance throughout execution.


  • Digital Advertising Technology: Strong understanding of digital advertising technology, including ad serving, programmatic advertising, and measurement technologies.
  • Video Advertising: Knowledge of Video Ad Serving Protocols (VAST, VPAID) and types of video ads.
  • Project Management: Experience in leading the delivery of end-to-end video advertising technology solutions.
  • Proficiency with web debugging tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Wireshark).
  • Experience with GAM and SpringServe (IMA SDK, PAL SDK, CTV, troubleshooting tools).
  • Deep understanding of Video Ad Serving Protocols (VAST, VPAID) and types of video ads.
  • Strong grasp of the digital ad serving, programmatic, and measurement technology ecosystem.
  • Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot VAST, HTML, and Javascript.
  • Nice to have: Agile development and project management experience, familiarity with application development cycles or Product Development Cycles.
