After 5 years of working in the financial industry on the client side she decided to take a leap and switch career paths to technology recruitment.Sophia truly enjoys connecting with devops candidates and clients to learn about their professional needs and guiding them through the hiring process from start to finish.
Just like she found her passion in this industry, Sophia always aims to help others find the same.In her spare time Sophia enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling, working out, and of course relaxing. As a Connecticut native she also spends a lot of time during the summer on the shoreline at the beach or trying different outdoor restaurants!
